Euphoria Retirement Village is designed to encompass everything that a retirement village should offer. It’s located on an established golf estate with exceptional infrastructure and is being developed with the needs of its residents as the top priority. The houses are available in 4 different styles. Parking options include carports and garages, to be chosen by each buyer according to their needs. The houses all have standard installations of rainwater harvesting systems as well as grey water systems, gas stoves and electrical ovens, and enough built-in cupboards.
Options are available to add space to the each house type by including a garden store or increasing the size of the patio. Workbench-areas can be added in the garages by lengthening the garage and/or a workroom may be added. All the choices are offered as standard options.
Health care will be available on site once the first residents move in. Preventative care, emergency response, assisted living and home based care will be offered from the outset. Frail care, as well as Alzheimer and Dementia care will be offered once the facilities have been completed. Wearable emergency transponders will be a standard benefit for all residents.
Lifestyle services and facilities include house cleaning, gardens, catering, gymnasium, training pool, laundry, convenience store, community hall, group entertainment areas and children’s play areas.
The retirement village has double security – the first layer is the recently upgraded estate security with an electrified fence, infrared cameras, patrolling guards, access control and armed response. The secondary security consists of a second fence equipped with heat-image cameras and lights on the perimeter of the retirement village, as well as secondary access control.
The 684 ha Estate offers a world class golf course, cable way, water playpark, golf practice facilities, mountain bike and hiking trails, game viewing, and a clubhouse with restaurants, a ladies’ bar, conference facilities and a Pro shop.
