Spacious stands with a wide selection of houses
In the Orchard Village we offer 5 standard basic plans for retirement houses. The plans consist of basic houses in different sizes and optional extra spaces that include garages, carports, workrooms and garden stores that you can choose to include or leave out, depending on your needs and budget.
Each house is offered in 4 styles in accordance with the Estate architectural guidelines – Traditional, Classic, Modern and Avant Garde. Each style offers different elements that affect the price of the house.
